Founded by passionate Silicon Valley community members, Qmunity (formally known as Project MORE), has become a leading nonprofit service and support provider to the Northern California Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questioning (LGBTQIA+) and Ally community.
Our team faithfully supports our mission by developing community initiatives, creating education and advocacy projects, and establishing innovative outreach activities.
Qmunity thrives by helping others. We produce unique cultural events within an affirming, compassionate, and safe environment. Enabled by experience, our team transforms visionary concepts into majestic experiences utilizing innovation, technology, and budget conservation strategies.
Driven with passion and cause, we nurture growing organizations, aid like-minded charities, and partner with corporations. Committed to doing MORE, we offer consultation with program development, event management, marketing strategy, fundraising, sponsor relations, personnel training, and business acumen.
Qmunity gives back with volunteer service to diverse organizations and initiatives that benefit the LGBTQ and Ally community. We offer financial support to nonprofit causes that embrace inclusion, equality, and cultural diversity.

Founded in 2013 by community members in California’s Silicon Valley, Project MORE has become a trusted all-volunteer organization providing premier services and support to LGBTQIA+ communities in the San Francisco Bay Area, throughout California, and beyond. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered with the IRS and State of California.
